Stencil autumn foliage with Marabu KiDS Little Artist

Autumn leaves are a fantastic way to let your imagination run wild.

Autumn offers so many great natural materials for crafting and creating: Chestnuts, nuts, acorns – even autumn leaves are a fantastic way to let your imagination run wild. Perfect for stencilling and designing!

How it is done:

1 Clean the leaves a little. They should be clean and dry so that they do not leave stains on the paper. It is best to dry the leaves overnight between baking paper in a book. This also makes them nice and smooth and easier to work with.

2 Cover the work area and prepare the working materials.

3 Lay the sheet flat on a piece of paper. Pour some red KiDS Little Artist paint onto the painting palette and pick it up with the stippling brush. Then stamp the stippling brush around the edge of the leaf. It is best to press one half of the brush onto the paper and the other half onto the leaf.

4 Carefully detach the sheet from the paper. Allow the paint to dry. After that, another sheet and a new colour can be used as desired. Until the work of art is finished!
