A Princess and Little horses
You can turn glittery foam rubber into cute little figurines to play with.
You will need:
glittery foam rubber,
fairy hair,
wooden clips,
glitter,
pom-poms,
plastic eyes,
a wooden doll head,
chenille wire (pipe cleaners or fuzzy sticks),
scissors and glue.
How to make it:
1 The princess's dress is made out of a semi-circle folded into a cone. Glue it or fasten it with staples.
2 Fasten the fairy hair onto the head. Cut out a crown from rubber foam.
3 Use fuzzy sticks to make arms. If you want, glue pom-poms around the neck.
4 Draw a body (without legs) of a horse on the back of the rubber foam. Fold it and cut out a mirror image as well (so the horse has two shiny sides).
5 Paint the wooden clips the shade you want and while it is still wet spray with glitter. Leave it to dry.
6 Glue the two sides of the horse, add eyes, and then mane and tail made of fairy hair. Clips serve as legs.
Don't stop here - use the rubber foam leftovers to make a castle or decoration for the castle!
